Child Protection Policy

A second adult will be in the hallways monitoring classes for your child’s safety and protection.

Payments

Payments plans are available. Tuition is prepaid. Tuition can be paid monthly, with payment due by the 1st of each month.. Payments can be made online. Scholarships for up to 50% of the tuition are available, based on financial need. Contact the director at [email protected] for more information and the application. Scheduling Classes

You will be notified about class schedules by email in early January. Time slots will be offered based on the order that registrations are received.

Attendance & Cancellation

Policy:  Students are expected to attend all 16 lessons. If you have vacation plans or other known conflicts, please identify the dates which you will be away prior to the start of the session.

Parent/ Guardian participation

Parents are requested to attend all classes. This will aid in the success of your child. This will assist us with the policy to have a second adult in the room with a minor. More information regarding this event will be sent out at a later date.

Showcase of students learning

Students are highly encouraged to participate in an informal performance to showcase student learning at the end of the each session.  The Showcase for family and friends will be held on Friday evening, May 9^th.  More information regarding this event will be sent out at a later date.

• You can complete the Text Message section in the registration form with the “Yes” options to consent to receive text messages from Central Steele Creek Church/Central Fine Arts Program regarding program activities and scheduling.

• You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, which will unsubscribe you from further messaging.
