Child Protection Policy
A second adult will be in the hallways monitoring classes for your child’s safety and protection.
Payments plans are available. Tuition is prepaid. Tuition can be paid monthly, with payment due by the 1st of each month.. Payments can be made online Here Scholarships for up to 50% of the tuition are available, based on financial need. Contact the director at [email protected] for more information and the application. All information is kept confidential.
You will be notified about class schedules by email in early June. If you have special circumstances which need to be taken into consideration in scheduling (example: coordinating times for siblings), please write to the director at [email protected]. We will do our best to address your needs.
Attendance & Cancellation
Policy Students are expected to attend all 8 lessons. If you have vacation plans, please identify the dates which you will be away prior to the start of the summer session.
At least 24 hour notice should be given to the instructor if a student will be absent. The full lesson fee will be charged for less than 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice, the instructor is not required to make up the class. If an instructor must cancel a class they will contact you and arrange for a make-up class.
Parent/ Guardian participation
Parents are requested to attend all classes. This will aid in the success of your child. This will assist us with the policy to have a second adult in the room with a minor.
